I highly recommend Lonnie Kunz for any project in the remediation business.
I am on the board of directors and live in a 20-story, 104-unit, high-rise condominium building. I was the single-point-contact for coordinating the clean-up of two unrelated, and yet similar, building casualties.
I met Lonnie early May 2009 when our high-rise condominium was experiencing two (2) water-based losses simultaneously. One was a flash flood that damaged 3 floors: 2 below street, lower-level parking/elevator floors, and the first- floor lobby. The other was a common-wall, water leak that penetrated and travelled down from the leak source on floor 17 to floor 10, damaging 16 units in all.
We needed professional help and we needed it immediately. Lonnie came at 6 AM to help assess the damage, create a clean-up plan and deploy disciplined crews of well-trained, experienced workers.
